The Lushmeadows fire company is located on the northern side of the Lushmeadows subdivision, adjacent to Triangle Road. A second station is located at the U.S. Forest Service fire station at Jerseydale. They provide primary coverage to Lushmeadows, Jerseydale, Mariposa Pines and Triangle Park areas. Secondary coverage is provided to Bootjack, Ponderosa Basin, and Midpines. They have one Type 1 fire engine, one Type 2 fire engine, one Type 1 water tender and one Type 6 engine assigned to the company. They also have the Jaws of Life carried on the Type 6 engine.
