How can I find out who owns a piece of property?
You can look up property at the Assessor's Office in one of 3 ways:
1. by situs (street address)
2. by parcel number
3. by owner name
If you know one of the three, you can visit our office and use the Assessor's computerized property data system to determine the other two. Or if you prefer, you can contact us by telephone at (209) 966-2332 during our regular office hours and we will assist you.
