COVID-19 Testing

The TEST is FREE! You can get tested at this site as often as you wish. We recommend those who have contact with the public test every 7 - 14 days, those who have potentially been exposed test 3 - 5 days post-exposure, and get tested if you are experiencing any symptoms, regardless of vaccination status.

Mariposa Site Location: YARTS Park & Ride behind Rite Aid, 4994 Joe Howard Street, Mariposa, CA 95338

Mariposa Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Saturday from 7:00 - 11:00 am, 12:00 - 4:00 pm, & 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

NOTE: The testing site previously located at the Mariposa Senior Center at 5246 Spriggs Ln. Mariposa, CA 95338 has closed and has moved to the above Park & Ride location.

Yosemite Site Locations: Mondays at Yosemite Medical Clinic, 9000 Ahwahnee Dr., Yosemite Valley, CA 95389; Thursdays at Curry Village Wellness Center, 8324 Sierra Circle, Yosemite Valley, CA 95389.

Yosemite Hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm & 3:00 - 6:00 pm.

Schedule an Appointment: Please call 1-888-634-1123 or visit: lhi.care/covidtesting. Appointments are recommended, although walk-ins may be accepted if supplies allow.

Transportation Assistance to Testing Site: If you need assistance with transportation, please call 209-966-2000 and ask for transportation. 

Additional testing options may be available at local pharmacies such as Rite Aid.

HELP WITH HOUSING

Do you need help with rent, mortgage, or utilities? Please click here. The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program helps eligible households with rent, both for past due and future payments.

SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS

Mariposa Senior Meals Drive through Lunch Program is now available weekdays from Mariposa Community Services
Call 209-742-7182, Monday through Friday, before 10:30 am to reserve a meal.
Drive-through pick-up service starts at 12:00 pm and ends at 12:45 pm. Meals will be delivered to your car.
Location: Senior Center, 5246 Spriggs Lane, Mariposa

  • The pandemic and distance learning has made it harder to feed the whole family. Pandemic EBT is a federal program that gives eligible families additional food benefits on top of CalFresh Food benefits and school meals. P-EBT cards can help you make a smaller budget feel bigger. (En Espanol)

FEDERAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS END 9/4/2021

After September 4, 2021, federal unemployment benefits will expire. If you are receiving these benefits you will get a notice regarding the impact to your claim. We know this pandemic has been tough on many workers and their families and you are certainly not alone. That's why we want to make sure you are aware that you may qualify for several vital programs to help cover your food, housing, utility, and health care expenses.
