NEW! Coulterville SPring Break art classes

In coordination with Mariposa Arts Council, Parks and Rec will be offering free youth art classes at the Coulterville Community Center during Spring Break. Check out our flyer for more information:

Public Swim

POOLS ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Generally offered at Mariposa, El Portal, and Coulterville, however, starting in June and continuing through August. Charge is $1 per person or $3 for a family, family ($45) and single ($30) season passes are available for purchase. Pools are open seven days a week from 1 - 5 p.m.

Day Camp Program

REGISTRATION IS OPEN MAY 1st!

Ages 7-12, runs June through August from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. five days a week, with an average of 55 children per day. Charge is $7 per person per day. Day Camp is a fun filled summer program that provides crafts, sports, field trips, and more to our community children.

Swimming Lessons

Swim lessons will be offered starting in June. Registration this year will begin on May 1st. Mariposa Parks and Recreation offers four two-week sessions for ages six and older. Sessions run Monday-Thursday. Charge is $20 per student per session. Each session has an average of six classes ranging from Tots Class to Advanced Swimmers. All classes are taught by Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructors.
