Want to sign up to be contacted for the vaccine?

You currently have two options for registering for the COVID-19 Vaccine:

  1.  Fill out this form* to be placed on our COVID-19 Vaccine Contact List. Our team is working through this list to schedule vaccine appointments. If you need assistance you can call 209-259-1332.
  2. Visit myturn.ca.gov to register and schedule an appointment for one of our vaccine clinics. If no clinic is available, you will be notified by My Turn when one goes live. If you need assistance, please call 1-833-422-4255.

*On Friday, April 16th at 12:00 pm (noon) we will turn off our COVID-19 Vaccine Contact List and move completely to My Turn.

Mariposa County has three COVID-19 Testing Sites, sponsored and funded by the State of California, Office of Emergency Services, and run by OptumServe.

There are four of these testing sites available in Mariposa County.

  • Mariposa Senior Center at 5246 Spriggs Ln. Mariposa, CA 95338 open Tuesdays through Saturdays 7:00 - 11:30 am & 1:00 - 7:00 pm.
  • Coulterville Community Center at 5043 Broadway, Coulterville, CA 95311 open Sundays 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
  • El Portal Community Hall at 5512 Foresta Rd. El Portal, CA 95318 open Mondays from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Yosemite Valley at 9034 Lost Arrow Road, Yosemite Valley, CA 95389 open Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
